Questions
Does the person signing have to pay or sign up?
No. Signers open the link and sign. They never need an account, on any plan.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from Billing in your account. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for, then you're back on the free plan.
Will my price go up?
Not while you stay subscribed. These are launch prices. If they go up later, you keep the price you signed up at for as long as your subscription stays active.
What happens to my documents if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted early. Documents you saved on Pro keep the deletion date they had, and new documents follow the free plan's 14 days.
Are the free PDF tools really free?
Yes. Rotating, reordering and deleting pages, adding images and filling in a PDF yourself are free with no account and no limits.
